SUMMARY: The Vice President, Finance is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-         Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long term objectives of the Company

-         Manage Accounting personnel

-         Strategic Planning

-         Financial Operations, Reporting and Analysis

-         Management Discussions and Analysis (MD&A)

-         Treasury and Banking

-         Internal Controls and Policies

-         Financial Modeling and Budgeting

-         Cost Accounting / Variance Reporting

-         Working Capital Management

-         Customer / Sales / Product Analysis

-         Performance Monitoring / Scorecard  / Metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

-         Must have expert level finance/accounting knowledge and skills

-         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

-         Must be proficient in problem solving

-         Must be proficient with required technology
